FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSDoes Dresses.com offer a catalog? We no longer offer a print catalog. Instead all of the dresses we make can be found on our website. Can I buy Odette Christiane dresses in a retail store? Since 1998, Odette Christiane clothing has been sold exclusively at either Dresses.com or our factory store in Los Angeles. We have found that by dealing directly with our customers, we are able to have a more intimate relationship with them. Do you ship internationally, and if so how much does it cost? It is no problem for us to ship outside the US. What size should I order? In order to ensure the perfect fit we suggest taking your Bust, Waist, and Hip measurements and then comparing it to our size chart found here: http://www.dresses.com/sizing If you are not sure about which size to choose, feel free to e-mail us at custserv@dresses.com or give us a call at (877) 237-3773. If you are in between sizes, we recommend ordering the size that fits your largest measurement and having the dress taken in locally. Furthermore, since we make every dress when ordered we are able to make dresses in custom measurements if you not able to fit in one of our standard sizes. If my order does not work out, can I make either a return or an exchange? It is no problem to make either a return or an exchange. If you need to make a return, we refund everything accept for the shipping and the handling. If you need to make an exchange, we make the first exchange at no cost. Shipping time varies throughout the year. Our standard shipping typically takes 7-10 days. However, during prom season (January-May) shipping time might take a little longer. How do I get the status of my recently placed order? We would be glad to update you on the status of your order at any time. If you ordered over the internet, you can email us as custserv@dresses.com. The easiest way for us to track your order is by giving us your reference order number. If you lost or do not have this number handy we will need other information such as your last name or the email address which you gave us on the original order. If you placed and order over the phone, we can track you order by phone or email as well. We will need the following information: the style number of the dress, the size and color, and your last name. What if I want a dress in another color than what is available online? We can make some of our dresses in colors other than what we show available online. Please contact our customer service department if your interested in this option. Do you sell wholesale? We do not supply for re-sale and do not seek partners, agents or involvement with any third parties at this time. We have been in business for close to 45 years and we enjoy the independence that selling directly to our customers has brought. By selling directly to our customers, we are better able to serve our customers needs. |
